Pursuant to the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam approved by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 12 November 1996 and the Law on Amendments of a number of Articles to the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam (2000) approved by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on June 2000;
