The Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zone Authority (HEPZA) provides a One-Stop Service to investors in the Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park. HEPZA has been delegated the power by the Central Government to issue investment licenses for projects with an investment capital of up to 40 million US$. HEPZA is also the sole Authority investors have to contact to obtain construction, import and operating permits.
