Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company (IPC), a State Enterprise, was founded in 1989 to induce foreign investment to join in socio-economic development programs in Ho Chi Minh City, particularly the Saigon South area.

Under the leadership of President Phan Chanh Duong, in recent years, IPC has emerged as a firm covering investing construction and business exploitation of infrastructure relative to the following projects:

Projects in joint venture with foreign investors

• Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone (EPZ);
  
• Construction of 17.8 km parkway connecting North Nha Be with South Binh Chanh;
  
• Building new urban area in the Saigon South;
  
• Developing 106 hectares first phase of the Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park.

Other Projects

• Dredging the Soai Rap River;
  
• Developing a deep-water port;
  
• Developing a large-scale Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park (IP).
